Rolta India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2014, inter alia, has:
1. Recommend for the approval of shareholders final dividend of Rs. 2.25 per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2014 at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Formed a board level Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
