Amrit Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company will be held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To examine, review and approve the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year 2013-14;
2. To examine, review and approve the Audited Quarterly/Yearly Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2014; and
3. To make recommendation for dividend on the Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2013-14.
