Crude Palm oil rises on increase in demand

The prices of crude palm oil rose in the domestic commodity market on Friday as traders and speculators created fresh positions in the agri commodity as demand increased at the spot market. The sentiment improved further after the demand for the commodity increased against the supplies of the commodity. At the MCX, Crude Palm Oil future for May 2014 contract traded at Rs. 524.90 per 10 kg, up by 0.10 per cent after opening at Rs. 524.80 against the previous close of Rs. 524.40. It touched the intra-day low of Rs. 523.70 till the trading. (At 02.57 PM today)
