* AGRICULTURE: Food ministry has decided to fix raw sugar export subsidy
for Apr-May at 2,277 rupees a tn.
* AUTO: Honda Cars India will recall 31,226 units of its Brio, Amaze models.
* COURTS: In his testimony to the 2G trial court, former telecom minister A.
Raja reiterated the first-come-first-served policy was not altered in 2008 while
granting 122 licenses, which were quashed by Supreme Court in February.
* INFRASTRUCTURE: With a large number of developers abandoning
flagship projects, the National Highways Authority of India is looking at ways

* RETAIL: Carrefour India MD Jean Noel Bironneau downplays reports of an
India exit, although it is said to have dropped out of talks with Bharti
Enterprises, in turn prompting the Sunil Mittal-run group to resume talks with
Japan's Aeon Group. Ubiquitous Foods, which runs bakery chain Ovenfresh, is
set to expand its operations to the high streets to target the retail consumer.
* TELECOM: Tata Group has set aside funds required to buy back NTT
DoCoMo's 26.5% share in their telecom JV as they are unlikely to find a third
investor for Tata Teleservices stake before end of June at the price they are
looking for.
