JM Financial allots shares under Employees' Stock Option Scheme

JM Financial Ltd said that it has allotted 15,06,581 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme. “Pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board has at its meeting held May 19, 2014 allotted 15,06,581 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each,” the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 75,80,76,357 representing 75,80,76,357 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each.
