Axis Bank Ltd. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 2,04,817 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on June 02, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 47,09,41,143 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 47,11,45,960 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
