* AUTOLINE INDUSTRIES: Has not got suitable offers yet to divest US-based arm
Autoline Industries Inc.
* BIOCON: Arm Syngene International extended its drug discovery and development
collaboration in India with Bristol-Myers Squibb for five years.
* CAIRN INDIA: Has set high hopes on the latest drilling programme to boost output at
its Ravva offshore fields in the east coast.
* DEN NETWORKS: Will ensure that its newest offering of broadband services in parts
of Delhi will not become margin depressive.
* DR DATSONS LABS: Auctor Investments has sold 264,584 shares, or 0.84% stake, in
company at 18.71 rupees per share.
* GAMMON INDIA: Board has approved allotment of 346.9 mln shares at 27.05 rupees
per share to the promoters of the company on a preferential basis.
* GEODESIC: Genesis Indian Investment Co has sold 817,716 shares or 0.91% stake in
company at 1.82 rupees per share.
* GULF OIL CORP: Will be excluded from the S&P BSE 500 index and S&P BSE
Small Cap index with effect today.
* HUBTOWN: Promoters have decided to sell 5.4 mln shares, representing a 7.49%
stake, through an offer for sale and have set the floor price at 170 rupees a share.
* HSIL: Will replace GULF OIL CORP in the S&P BSE 500 index from today.
* IDEA CELLULAR: To raise 37.50 bln rupees by selling its shares to institutions at
135-140 rupees Thursday.
* JSW STEEL: Has identified 16 iron ore mines to bid for in Karnataka's impending
auctions based on the deposits found.
* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Arm L&T Infrastructure Finance plans to issue non-convertible
debentures up to 1 bln rupees on private placement basis.* MARUTI SUZUKI: Plans to double the dealer outlets in the next three years from
1,331 at present.
* ORBIT CORP: Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE has bought 1.24 mln shares or
1.09% stake in company at 22.25 rupees per share.
* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Telecom arm Reliance Jio Infocomm has entered into a
pact with Ascend Telecom Infrastructure to share pan-India tower infrastructure of the
latter for providing its 4G services. A minor fire broke out in the finishing line of the
polybutadiene rubber plant at company's Vadodara petrochemicals unit, but there was no
loss of life or output. J.P. Morgan has downgraded the stock to 'neutral', citing positive
catalysts priced in.
* SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE: Has allotted 6.58 mln shares of the company to
PIRAMAL ENTERPRISES for cash price of 1,200 rupees a share.
* TATA MOTORS: Arm Jaguar's US sales in May were 5,840 units, up 17% on year,
Jaguar sales at 1,304 units, down 9% on year Land Rover at 4,536 units, up 28% on year.
* TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES: Chief Executive officer N. Chandrasekaran's
salary has been hiked 60% to 187 mln rupees as per the company's annual report, making
him the highest paid CEO in the IT industry.
* UNITED SPIRITS: An independent directors panel has said Diageo open offer to buy
37.78 mln shares of the company at 3,030 rupees per share is fair.
* ZYLOG SYSTEMS: Auctor Investments has sold 1.10 mln shares or 1.86% stake in
company at 11.73 rupees per share.
