* ADANI PORTS AND SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE: Has completed acquisition of
Dhamra Port for 55 bln rupees from TATA STEEL and LARSEN & TOUBRO.
* BAJAJ HINDUSTHAN: The company has redeemed on maturity $15-mln foreign
currency convertible bonds issued to Washington-based International Finance Corp along
with $2.723 mln premium.
* DB Corp: Promoters have sold a total of 3.56 mln shares on the BSE through open
market for 1.08 bln rupees on Thursday.
* DHANLAXMI BANK: The bank and SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE are locked
in a legal tussle following differences from a bilateral securitised loan transaction worth
