Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 24, 2014 noted that the discussions with the bidders are progressing on the divestment process for the sale of its stake in MCX. The Board also noted that discussions have not yet been completed. The Investment Banker expects finality to the transaction if there are no new developments. The Restructuring Committee of the Board will meet on May 30, 2014 to review the situation.
